Refund policy

It is important to us you are 100% happy with your purchase! Therefore, we offer instore credit for eligible purchases.

If your return meets all return criteria stated below, a store credit will be issued. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

  • Returns must be delivered back to us within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. 
  • Returns received after 30 calendar days will be refused. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.
  • We do not provide return labels.
  • Jewelry is not eligible for return.
  • Items sold at a 30% discount, or more are not eligible for return.

 Returns must be in original, unworn condition with no stains, defects, pet hairs, smells, or any signs of wear or use. All original tags must be attached and all packing slips included in the return.

Shoe boxes must be shipped in a separate box or mailer, as they are considered part of the product's original condition. If a shoe box is damaged or taped, the return will be refused.
